Tonia DeBeaux has been a top real estate professional since 2003. She began her real estate career in Oak Harbor, WA where she specialized in military relocations. A former military dependent in childhood and in marriage, Tonia understands how to help service members and their families navigate their transitions.


During the more than a decade she has been in real estate, Tonia has been passionate about learning, earning several top level designations to better serve her clients. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and has earned the distinguished Certified Residential Agent (CRS) designation. She has also earned her Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations.


Tonia enjoys giving back to her community. While in Oak Harbor, she was actively involved in the PTA and chaired several committees serving the school district. She also served on the board of Rebuilding Together Thurston County, an organization that helps with building projects for the elderly, disabled, families with children, and veterans in need.


Tonia is a graduate of the Washington REALTORS® 2010 Leadership Institute Northwest, one of seven chosen from member applicants that year to develop their leadership skills.


A true believer in volunteerism, Tonia was the 2013 Treasurer of the statewide REALTOR® organization. She was voted in to the office by her peers following several years of volunteer work on association committees. Tonia was also elected president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® NW Chapter in 2010.


She is the mother of four, a boy and three girls, and has three grandchildren.


When not spending time helping her clients, Tonia loves being with her family. She enjoys crafting, travelling, photography and always, her community service and volunteer work.
